About
Brittany is a Physiotherapist and Clinical Pilates instructor with over 12 years of experience within the healthcare industry. Brittany is highly experienced in a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries. She specialises in the management and treatment of sports injuries, as well as performing arts injuries; including dancer and musician injuries, and voice and jaw conditions.

Brittany studied in Perth, Western Australia, graduating from the Curtin University of Technology. She worked for several years around Australia, with elite athletes and dancers, before moving to London. For 5 years, Brittany worked within the heart of the West End, working in a clinic specialising in performers, and holding posts on renowned West End shows and television series. After 5 years, she went on to successfully manage a London clinic for several years, before transitioning into independent work whilst taking on a Masters in Health Leadership and Management.
Brittany's approach is patient-centred and evidence-based, combining manual therapy, exercise prescription, and pain management to provide personalised and effective treatment plans. She offers a range of services, including exercise rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, reformer and matwork pilates, dry needling, extracorporeal shockwave therapy, biomechanical assessments, dance screening, injury prevention talks, and injury prevention advice.
With her warm and empathetic manner, Brittany puts her patients at ease and empowers them to take control of their own health and well-being. Her commitment to providing exceptional care has earned her a loyal following of patients and a referral network of leading consultants, who appreciate her expertise and dedication.

Brittany currently consults out of Soho & Clapham. Around these clinics, she runs the physiotherapy department at a London performing arts college; volunteers her time for a performing arts charity - the British Association for Performing Arts Medicine (BAPAM) for their musicians' clinic; assists in the audition process at several performing arts schools across London; and runs the occasional clinic for professional West End productions.
